Our Fresh Milk soft caramel is our traditional caramel, reflecting the quality of the milk and butter in the region. One of our most popular caramels.

 

A soft caramel made with salted butter and fleur de sel Guerande, a marine salt from Brittany. The notes of salt in the butter enhance the delicate fragrance of the caramel. A perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors, a definite favorite.
